Crow's Nest - Terms and Conditions

 RESERVATIONS  — During the summer months we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. Other days of arrival are accepted outside of this Peak Season — subject to availability at the time of your enquiry.

 CHECK IN /OUT TIMES  — Your accommodation will not be available until after 4:00pm and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

 PAYMENTS  — A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance paid no later than two months before your arrival date. There is a PayPal facility on our home page, or preferably, payment can be made by bank transfer and our bank details are

 CANCELLATION  — Must be received in writing or email. If a cancellation reaches us 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation reaches us between 60 and 30 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation reaches 30 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We would therefore recommend that all clients take out holiday cancellation insurance.

 LIABILITY  — The proprietor accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or damage to personal property brought into the premises or left in the garden. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, electricity etc) or any disturbance, which is beyond our control.

 BEHAVIOUR OF GUESTS  — The accommodation will not be occupied by more than those persons specified on the booking form. If in the opinion of the proprietor any party causes nuisance or disturbance to others, they will be requested to leave the accommodation with immediate effect

 SMOKING  — In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, the hirer acknowledges and accepts that there is a strict no smoking policy on the premises.

 CHILDREN  — Sorry, no children.

 PETS  — Sorry no pets.

 CLEANLINESS  — The hirer shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on their departure as on their arrival.

 LINEN  — One set of bed linen is provided for the week. Those on a two week stay will have linen provided for the second week, and left after the first week, when we will collect the used linen.

 TOWELS — We supply bath towels which must not be taken off the premises. Please bring your own beach towels if you intend to go swimming.

 CAR PARKING  — There are two village car parks. One located 6 minutes walk away and the other 3 minutes walk. There is also free parking on the road approaching the village which is also about 6 minutes walk away.
Unloading can be done by temporarily parking close to the entrance to the chalet on New Road.

 ACCESS  — We reserve the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance. Notice will be given where possible.
