The large 18th century house tastefully combines period charm with all the modern comforts. It is located in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone's throw from the local beaches and rock pools. The long expanse of Whitsand Bay is close by and offers miles of sandy beaches and dramatic rock formations.

The house has two large double bedrooms, one twin room and a bedroom with a triple bunk bed so comfortably sleeps 8/9. There are two shower rooms and one bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and a sitting room, conservatory and a kitchen with a dining area.
